Yotsuya-Sanchome have a good fruits cafe serving seasonal fruits parfait
Now, I’m suffering from annual ragweed pollen 🙁
My eyes are so itchy. I have a sore throat. My nose tickle.
But, I suffer most is that it dull my taste 🙁
Though I want to eat something good.
My friend told me about the teahouse, Fukunaga Fruits Parlor.
“Fruit parlor” is a Japanese-English word. It means a teahouse managed by fruit store.
So, visitors can eat perfaits, sandwiches, and so forth with fresh fruits in the teahouse.
I decided to go to the teahouse. But because of hay fever, I had to put off.
But today, finally, I visited the teahouse. Today, I was in good shape just a little.
To tell the truth, I wanted to go here with my friends, but I went to there by myself for fear that I should be in a bad temper :P.
The symptoms of hay fever really torment me 🙁
Well, fruit shop is on the ground floor.
“Fruit parlor” is 2nd floor.
Going upstairs, I was met by fruits in refrigerator 🙂
I heard that the teahouse is very popular among people who loves fruits, so there is a long line along the stairs on Saturdays.
But today, there wasn’t a line. And there were some vacant seats 🙂 How lucky I was!
Grape parfait was started to sell last week.
Speaking of grape, it is a fall flavor !
Of course, I ordered it !
Grape parfait (葡萄のパフェ, 950 yen)
It is good amount for me.I can’t eat too much.
Cute 🙂
It was used six kinds of grape.
New Gorby(ニューゴルビー), Nagano purple(ナガノパープル), Shine muscat(シャインマスカット),Pione(ピオーネ), MuscatBaileyA(ベリーA), Campbell(キャンベル)
Each kinds of grape were good 🙂 These were fresh and sweet. I ate these grapes with each skin.
There was a grape sorbet in the middle of the perfait. It had a thick grape taste, and it was sour a little.
I didn’t like grapes so much. When I went to Uzbekistan last year, I learned to like grapes just a little.
And today, I learned to like grapes more 😀
