I took a day off the other day and went to Monzen-nakacho to eat Shamo chicken ramen.
Ariake (鳥料理 有明) is a restaurant specializing in chicken dishes at night. And they serve ramen that soup made from Shamo chicken broth on weekdays lunchtime.
At lunchtime on weekdays, the restaurant serves only the ramen. And limited to 20 people !
I entered the restaurant its opening time sharp !
I didn’t have to order anything. The chef only asked me if I need rice (free of charge). So, I said to the cheff, “small, please”
After a while, my Shamo chicken ramen (軍鶏ラーメン, 700 yen) and rice came.
Wooow !! Elegant soup !
on the meat is momiji oroshi. Momiji oroshi is grated daikon with chili pepper.
Deep fried soy sauce flavored breast meat of Shamo chicken. It was crisp 😀
Narrow noodles. Its noodles and soup were good 🙂
After finished eating noodles, I put the rice into the soup.
Well, it’s zosui (rice soup)
This ramen is named “Shamo Mizutaki ramen”. People finish eating mizutaki and then they usually put rice or udon into the soup and eat them.
So the chef prepare rice and guests eat the rice with soup there, too.
This zosui was expecially good !!!!!
And after eating half the rice, and I put ponzu into the soup.
The soup turned sour and salty a bit by ponzu, and it also good !!!
We can enjoy 3 ways of eating by the ramen.
Ah, I envy people who work around there. Monzen-nakacho have lots of tasty foods at lunchtime.
I want to workd at Monzen-nakacho, too 😀
After that I went to Fruits Cafe Frutas to try eating something fruits, but, there were few dishes left !
No, no. I ate ramen and rice and I was already full. If there were much dishes left, I can’t eat any parfait. 😛
So I drunk Peach juice (桃ジュース, 945 yen).
100 % juice !!! Soooooooo tasty !!! (^o^)
Fruitas’ parfaits are so big that those are meals for me. So, I have to go there with my empty stomach next time.
