Firm-level quality fishes !

There is a shop that I can’t go on weekdays’ morning, but I can go on Saturdays.

Of course, the shop’s name is Kashigashira !!!!

When I got to Tsukiji station, Kashigashira had busy time.
So, we spent time at Four season.My drink was orange squash (オレンジスカッシュ, 480 yen) 🙂

土曜の築地は、まずはフォーシーズンでオレンジスカッシュ!

After that, we went to Kashigashira . There were many vacant seats.
We said that we want something grilled fish. The shopkeeper said “Tilefish is OK ?” And we ordered it.
At first, the shopkeeper said “One whole ?”. But my friend shouted, “No, one side of the fish!” desperately.
I didn’t understand why he was driven such because I hadn’t seen a whole tilefish. But I realized when the fish came….

Huuuuge !!! One side of the fish was enough for us :O

This fish was that the shopkeeper meant to eat later 😛

And, rice and miso soup.

もちろん、ご飯とみそ汁(・ω・´)

Tilefish is called “sweet sea bream” in Japanese.
As its name slightly sweet meat ! It went with rice very well !!!

Those scales of the fish was crisp 🙂

A, my another friend said he ate half of another side of the fish later 😛

And Assorted sashimi (刺し盛り).

もちろん刺し盛りもね。手前の白いお魚から時計回りにのどぐろの炙り、サーモン、ぶり、オニカサゴ、しらす、大間の鮪、、かますの炙り、ヤガラ、マツカワガレイ

From this side (white fish) as clockwise, lightly broiled black throat, salmon, yellowtail, scorpionfish, raw young sardines, tuna from Oma, lightly broiled barracuda, lightly broiled cornet fish and Barfin flounder.

I saw raw young sardines at Kashigashira for the first time. Kashigashira can’t get fresh raw young sardines so frequently.

I liked it best. Lightly broiled barracuda. So fatty !!
