Lunch meals at No.1 Indian foods restaurant in Tokyo
The most popular restaurant in Tokyo is Dhaba India in Kyobashi area without doubt.
There are large number of Indian foods restaurant in Tokyo, but it is rather long-established Indian foods restaurant.
Kyobashi have so many office workers from many countries, so this Dhaba India prepare English menus on each tables at lunchtime.
I know there are restaurants that have English menus, but they don’t set those menus on the tables in advance.
I think many foreign people visit this restaurant 🙂
I feel relieved when I see English menus in foreign countries, too.
Certainly, there are much foreign people in a suit in the restaurant 🙂
I took a day off and went to there. It’s too far from my office, but I wanted to eat lunch meals served only weekdays.Meals that is served on weekends and at dinner time is too big for me 😛
Lunch meals (ランチミールス, 1250 yen)
That day’s curries were, from left to right,
Curry with yam potato and black chick pea
Curry with mutton and cauliflower
Curry with chicken, keema and boiled egg using coconuts
(If you’re vegetarian, ask them :))
Though it was covered with papad and bhattura, spicy sambal and
Sambal curry was on the tray, too.
There were some vegetables like potatos, eggplants, carrots and so on.
Every curries were not very spicy, so, those curries didn’t stimulate my tongue very much. So, I could enjoy the difference of tastes between those curries until last.
I agree this is the best Indian foods restaurant in Tokyo 🙂
