Oyster ! oyster !! oyster !!!
My friend took me to a curry shop that is named Udon last of December.
Well,it isn’t a udon shop but a curry shop :-p
“Udon” is the shop’s name for the shop.
The curry shop served “Oyster God” for a limited period in December 🙂
I heard oyster-holic won’t be able to resist this dish.
Oyster-holic – it is very me 🙂
This is the “Oyster God” (オイスターゴッド, 1600 yen).
Why the dish being named “Oyster God” is because it had much amazing oysters in it.
There were some oysters with minced meat and cheese on the rice. These oysters were half boiled. Needless to say, those oysters were good. Smooth and thick.
This curry looks like soup. It’s very hot.
The shopkeeper recommended eating rice over drinking the curry soup.
Plenty of basil made the curry more tastes.
There were also some oysters in the curry soup, too.
It was awesome ! To my great regret, I can’t eat the dish any more.
I wonder if I’ll be able to eat it soon.
