But the restaurant serve good tempura. Yes, it is soba restaurant, but it is so famous as good tempura. Especially, seasonal foods like soft roe, oysters now!

Today’s recommend dishes are shown in front of the restaurant like this. Soft roe, soft roe, oysters, oysters, oysters…. wow!

Today's recommended, Choseian (Tsukiji)

I hadn’t eaten at this restaurant ever, but it is winter now. Soft roe! Oysters! Those are my delight ! I couldn’t help going to eat them 😀

Well, spring is coming, so I’ll unable to eat those foods until next season. (Tere is a summer oyster that is named Iwa-gaki, but it differ from oysters in winter in taste and size.)

So I say the words again.

Soba in hot soup. Well, I like noodles in hot soup 🙂
Fresh smell of yuzu and mitsuba, and hot soup made me happy in cold morning. Adding yuzu shichimi in it gave them more flavor.

Soba, Choseian (Tsukiji)

I wanted to have a second helping of tempura 😛
