Japan don’t have much Sri Lankan foods restaurants yet. I always search for them. Ceylon Drop (セイロンドロップ) in Suidobashi is one of the precious Sri Lanka foods restaurant. As their name, they are tea shop have a variety of tea, but they serve Sri Lankan foods and are open at lunchtime.
They offer valuable Today’s lunch only at lunchtime. Today’s lunch is shown outside.
That day’s Today’s lunch had pork curry, potato and boiled egg curry, carrots salads, Pol Sambol and tea. I could choice my tea from 7 types. This is Today’s lunch.
Dishes have Sinhala words. Cute.
Pol sambol was sweet but hot. The staff recommended to mix all together in the dish. But I like eating separately, so I didn’t do.
Tea was served after finished eating. Ginger tea.

Interesting. I’ve never had Sri Lankan food, but there are many Sri Lankan restaurants in Dubai, so maybe it’s about time I’ll try some:)
